Hall Rental Policies

  • Minimum Requirement: A full menu must be purchased for a minimum of 75 people from Dani’s Hall Menu. Your menu and count are due 5 days prior to your event. No food from outside caterer
  • Maximum Capacity: 200 People
  • Additional Settings: If party exceeds capacity of the hall, the client is permitted to make their own arrangements for an outdoor tent with tables and chairs to be set up in the parking lot with prior approval from management
  • Deposit: A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve the hall within seven days of inquiry. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. The deposit will be deducted from your total at the end
  • Payment: Full payment is due three days before your event. The hall will not be opened and food will not be cooked if payment is not received before your event
  • Clean-up Curfew: Hall must be cleaned and returned to the original set-up and vacated by 11:00 pm

Client’s Responsibility

  • Set up of tables to desired configuration. The tables need to be covered. Dani’s will provide plain white butcher paper. You may cover with a different covering of your own. You may come in to decorate on the day of your event starting at 6:00 am. There is no decorating on the day prior to your event. No staples allowed
  • You will need to provide a sound system if you wish one
  • All beverages and supplies for the beverages (ice, cups, coolers etc)
  • Conduct of their guests
  • All decorations and the coverings from the tables need to be disposed of in the dumpsters on the Iao Valley side of Dani’s
  • Tables and chairs need to be restored to their original set-up
  • Any large rubbish in the parking lot picked up and deposited into dumpster
  • Signed Hall Rules and Alcohol Release Form. Your date is confirmed when these two forms are signed and deposit made

Dani’s Responsibility:

  • Buffet setup, all paper goods and utensils for the buffet
  • Refill food trays as needed
  • Pack leftovers for the client to take home ( If you would like extra food in Zip lock bags to give away you must provide your own bags)
  • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors of the halls
