Fundraiser Policies

Orders for all fundraisers need to be placed 3 weeks prior to pick-up dates. Call in final count 1 week before pick up dates. Pick-up days are Thursday – Saturday. Call Miki at 808-244-3404 or 808-205-0149 for more information & to schedule pick-up dates. No more than 3 items per fundraiser pick-up. Must fill out a fundraiser contract to complete the order. Payment in full is due Friday before the pick-up date. Pay in cash (no checks) If payment or arrangements are not made prior to pick-up date – fundraiser will be cancelled. If payment is not made, invoice will be turned over to Maui Collection Services. You pay only for the tickets picked up, plus 4.167% tax and keep 100% of monies for uncollected tickets. You are responsible for printing the tickets, print on ticket: No subtitutions / No extensions on pick-up dates.
